Stops working after 5 minutes

My google in the living room stops after a few minutes then if I ask it to play virgin radio or heart it doesn’t 

it does it from time to time I’ve moved it , un plugged it - manual re boot but still won’t work

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about your experience.

A few questions: when did the issue start? Were there any recent changes? Is this happening every time you're playing music or listening to the radio? Are your Google Home and Nest devices experiencing the same issue?

If you haven't already, factory reset your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen) and set it up like a new device. See if it is now playing without stopping.
