Stuck in Grey Screen with logo, then turns off and repeats

Out of nowhere, my google nest hub is stuck in a loop of it showing the google logo with a grey background and then turning itself off. Resetting it does nothing. Can this be fixed or is a replacement needed?

Try unplugging your Google Home Hub for 5 minutes before plugging back in again and let us know if you still have the same screen?

Still does it unfortunately

By Resetting, I assume you mean factory reset?

I too am having this issue. Google Hub stuck on ‘g’ screen, factory reset not helped.

Same here... I contacted google, but they say they will check it out and come back to me.

If someone finds a solution please share it. Google just told me they won't do anything. If a Google specialist reads there I would gladly hope for help. I have case 1-7283000031466. I have had this hub for about 14 months. I can't believe it just won't work anymore and there's nothing to do about is.... specially if it is something happening to so many people

I have the same problem and now it is randomly stopped playing my music while listening. I see that a lot of people are having the same problem so I genuinely think that it might be at Google's end I wonder if they have been hacked.
