Cannot get outside temperature to display

Hi Kmolina,

This is not the experience we want you to have; let me help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? Do you, by chance, have a Nest Thermostat? How are you trying to get the outside temperature, via voice command? 

Your Nest Hub doesn’t really show the temperature outside like a weather thermometer but, it gets its information from Google sources.

There’s a feature that shows the weather in your area. To get weather and forecast information, see this guide.

Furthermore, to receive accurate information, make sure to check the saved location is correct. Refer to [How to] Change home and work locations.
