Hello everyone, I’ve been trying to set up my Google nest for the past three hours without any success. All I receive is error messages.

I was living in Cape Town, South Africa and now in Vietnam where I bought this device. 
My phone language is English. 

I'm lost here, hopefully the shop can refund me.

My apologies for the late response. I know how it feels when you're having issues setting up your Google Nest Mini. Let's try to get to the bottom of this. To confirm, have you tried using a different phone? What is the make and model of your router?

To eliminate network issues, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Nest Mini).

To add to what Muddi mentioned, are you trying to set it up with a normal personal Gmail account?
