Themed timers on Nest Hub Max stopped working again

Nest Hubs have themed timers with video and audio that match the type of timer set. e.g. if you set a "Tea" timer, the screen would display teacups and play the song "I'm a little teapot". Unfortunately, the audio portion stopped working. I really liked this feature. Can they please do the same thing and fix it again?  Thanks!

Thanks for posting in the Community! Sorry to hear that the theme timers stopped working at your Nest Hub. No worries, help is here! Let’s try performing some troubleshooting steps that might help you:
 

• Remove the Nest Hub from the Google Home App
• Perform a Factory Reset
• Set up again in the App

This has also happened to our device. Factory reset and add back to the app did not make any difference. 

it is clearly the same sort of issue as the last one from 2023. It is disappointing that a company with the resources of google has repeated issues like this.

I am also having this same issue for several weeks now. I've factory reset my device and removed and re-added it to Google Home with no luck. Please bring back the themed timers! 😕

This is a real shame. I loved the themed timers. Especially the chicken one. Hope Google can release an update to fix this.
