So my nest hub displays a hour ahead on the time on the wallpaper and screen saver, but then I ask for the time and it gives me the correct time. Ive already fixed the time zone idk what else to do.

This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? Is it a Nest Hub or Nest Hub 2nd Gen with Sleep Sensing? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made?
It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:
Since you’ve fixed the time zone, let’s take a look at the home location. See this guide and follow the steps.
