Timers on multiple devices & sync with Android

It seems timers are specific to the device they are set from.  Is there a way to make them global across all devices in my home?  There are many cases this would be useful:

• I am in the kitchen and set a timer.  The living room speaker hears me instead of the kitchen one (dunno why but happens a lot!).  When the timer finishes, I don't hear it because it only rings the living room speaker.
• I am in the kitchen and set a timer and go to the study to do some work while my food cooks.  I would like to be alerted in the study (or my android phone) when the timer finishes.
• I have a timer set in the kitchen and am moving around my house, I should be able to ask what the remaining time is from any room.

You're right, setting alarms and timers can be done per device. I know that it would be more convenient if setting alarms across all devices especially when you have multiple Google Nest speakers set up in other parts of the household. 

In line with this, I'd like to encourage you to share your thoughts and suggestions for us to improve your experience in using your Google Nest speakers. Let's all hope that these possibilities would be available soon.
