I have a new Google Nest Hub Max. I am trying to turn the video camera on, but it just says camera sensing features, video calling and home monitoring aren't available. I followed the setup directions but I must have missed something? I have one in our other home, as well, and never had a problem.
I also just installed a wired Nest Cam in this home. It seems to be working well, but I can't get the video camera that is on the Hub itself to turn on.
