Turkish Language and Software support and update

Hi I have been using Nest Mini Gen 2 for several months now in Turkey. However I brought the product from USA. Many of Google asistant and features has not been working because the product has not been produce for Turkey.

Q1) When google will release a software uptade / new firmware for Turkey?

Q2) I hope to travel UK soon and buy another one from UK If I get Nest Mini Gen 2 from UK, Would it be working in Turkey with its all the function or not?

Hi MYtofeedback,

 

I understand that the features would be helpful, however, options can only be available in supported countries.  We also don't know when a new software or firmware update comes out. When you buy another Nest Mini from the UK and bring it to Turkey, it would still have the same function as your first one.
