Two Nest Hub Max's, Two Accounts, Two Homes both Ring when called Question.

Hi. Ok so I have a Nest Aware Account, I have 1 Hub max and multiple Outdoor cameras. Everything works as intended when being called when home and all.

Now, I recently moved my mother into an apartment, got her a Hub Max as she in another state and easier to keep an eye on her and call.

I set up my Mom's account with Nest Aware as well and set up everything thru her Google account, she is the Main Accountant for the Hub Max. I had her Invite me to her Household (so I can access camera and all) .

So here's the thing.. When my Wife calls me while I'm at work or even in our home, My mom says her Hub rings from my wife as well.

Is this possible? I have my account as Away for my mom's apartment so it shouldn't ring. Is there a setting I need to change for my Mom's hub ?

Thanks.

Hello Lano_III,

Thanks for reaching out to the Speakers and Displays team. We'd love to help.

Go ahead and remove yourself from your mom's Home structure so we can further isolate the issue. Here's how: open the Google Home app > In your mom's Home structure, tap on Settings > Household > Select your email address as the home member you want to remove > Confirm. Once done, have your wife call you and let me know if your mom no longer receives a call on her Google Nest Hub Max.

Best,
Lovely
