I’m trying to view the live camera and or add it to my nest app and I can’t seem to do either. It only shows me a picture on the display

Same to me I tried resetting it many times and it’s useless it just say “ Something is wrong try rebooting or switching on and off airplane mode “ It’s frustrating and definitely doesn’t want me to use any devices with google anymore 😡

@Mzein, a few questions: was this working before? If yes, when did the issue start? Were you able to successfully setup the Google Nest Hub Max built-in camera? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
@Hass40, I'm sorry for this experience. Please try the steps that I provided to resolve the issue. After getting the message, go ahead and exit from the setup process. Unplug your Google Nest Hub Max for a minute before plugging it back in. Turn on Airplane mode on your phone for a few seconds and once it's off, configure the built-in camera again.
