Turn down time on/off as needed

I know how to set a downtime schedule via the app, but is it possible to turn down time on or off at other times as needed? There are times that I sometimes don't want my son to be using our nest display because it is distracting him, but he knows how to turn the microphone on/off on the device, and I don't want to have to be manually changing the downtime of schedule a free time. I want the ability to set a routine that I can turn on or off with a few quick taps on my phone that will stop the speaker from working in the moment I need it to be unavailable
