Turning off the screen reader option

How do I turn off the screen reader option you know when I touch the screen then it has an orange border around any given text and then if you touch that bordered text a voice ,not my assistant voice, will say what's in that border and or will say to select double tap and basically it reads everything on the screen and then tells you you have to double tap if you want to select it or go to it. I can't get the options menu from the bottom of the screen where I can go to like YouTube and other stuff and I think the brightness  I can't get it to turn off that screen reader

Hi TraderGio,

Thanks for visiting the Google Nest Community. Let’s turn off Screen Reader from the Google Home app.

  • Open the Google Home app > Devices.
  • Tap your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen device icon > Settings > Accessibility.
  • Toggle off Screen Reader and then reboot your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Alex
