Unable to access 'my house' dropdown

I want to access the house from the top left dropdown in Google home.

 

I've restarted everything in the house, still the same. It's been saying "wait a moment" for 2 weeks....

Android phone running Android 14 and everything up to date

Yes, all updated with latest patvhes

I don't know what other troubleshooting I can do. I try clicking on the home as I want to change it but I keep getting that message

Thanks for your reply. I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. Check your phone's time zone: Ensure it's set correctly.
  2. Verify app permissions: Go to Settings on your  phone > Apps > Nest app or Google Home app and make sure Location is set to Allow all the time.
  3. Test network connectivity: Check if the issue persists when using cellular data or only occurs on Wi-Fi.
