Unable to set up google nest hub max

Totally lost on setting up google nest hub max.  Did factory reset, did not work,  appears to be loading info from google home.  Deleted device from google home, removed and reloaded app on iPhone, device name still appears.   Camera will not turn on in live mode, cannot make duo call, camera image does not feed to caller.

Hey Jude234,

Was it working before? Are you using a regular Google Account? Are you connecting your devices on a private home network?

Try reinstalling your Google Home app. If possible, use a different phone to check if you'll get the same result.
