I unplugged my Home/Nest Hub 1st gen for 5 mins to move it and now its bricked. Its stuck at the grey boot screen with a white G. I tried the method to factory restore twice and after the countdown while holding volume it just reboots and gets stuck again at the same screen. I got it June 2020, this is BS and i cant even get to Google/Nest support. Options are greyed out during operating hours.

Nope it was solved by Nest support sending me a new Hub. Thanks for checking in.
