I have a problem with my Google Nest hub 2 Gen, it has been trying to update for a week but it remains at 0%. Have already done everything in terms of resetting to factory settings and WiFi, etc. After the startup, the update starts immediately and it continues to run for hours and hours.

So a factory reset results in the same screen?
Looks like you are getting the new update but it hangs?

Thanks for sharing details about the issue. I appreciate RXShorty's help here. I know how challenging it is to not have a working device when needed. Please follow the steps below that may help us fix the issue:
If it's still the same, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Nest display).
