Videos watched on YouTube on Nest don't show in YouTube history

Hello!

On any other device, if I watch a video on YouTube, it shows up in my YouTube history. However, if I watch a video on the Nest Hub then it does not appear in my YouTube history. 

If I the open up YouTube on my phone or TV, it then recommends me videos I've already watched. 

Is this a bug? Or is this intended?

Hi  RichArrowsmith,

We hear you and we’re here to help. It would seem like YouTube history is already turned on. We now need to check the settings on your Google Home app. Follow the steps below:

1. Open Google Home app and select your Nest display.
2. Tap the gear icon on the upper right corner to open settings.
3. Select Recognition and Sharing.
4. Enable Personal Results.
5. Select Show Proactively and enable it.

Try the steps, see the changes and tell us about it.

Thanks Dan - I've gone through those Settings and all of those were already enabled under those sections.

No change in the outcome I'm afraid. Videos I watch through YouTube on the Nest Hub don't appear in my YouTube History on any other device I watch YouTube on.

Hey there,

I'm afraid this feature is not available. I recreated your concern on our test device and also did the same thing. Nest devices are different from phones, laptops and tablets.
