Can anyone help me i am at a loss!! I changed my wifi to a new company. Trying now to re connect my nest hub max to the new wifi. I get through all the set up and manage to set up the camera, and the green light is on to say it is recording. But when i open the Google Home app and click on view nest cam it wont load. I just get a spinning circle and thats it. Internet speed seems fine as i can stream videos etc. Ive already tried a factory reset and uninstalling everything and starting from scratch!! Any ideas?

Hi, Sarahc2018. Of course! Look, when you change your ISP (your internet service provider), due to some security policies Google has, you have to follow some steps. On most devices, changing the network name or password won't let you connect again (on some devices, you can change it from the app), but for some, you don't.
You have to perform a factory reset and add it as new so the ecosystem can recognize it. If it's already configured but it doesn't connect, I recommend doing it anyway, or in mild cases, unplugging it for about 15 minutes and plugging everything back in to refresh it.
