Hi, I hope someone can help. We have just changed our broadband from Sky to Vodafone. When I try to set up our Google devices there are issues with the cameras. The minis work, they connect but the nest hub camera won't connect nor the nest doorbell or nest camera. It says there's a network problem but the Internet works on the minis and hub Any advice?

I've tried this. Even turned on old WiFi to double check it. It says there's a network problem. Old WiFi not switched off yet but unplugged. Doorbell says communication error

Judging from other posts in this forum, it seems that things work best if you first remove your Google Nest camera or doorbell from the Google Nest app or Google Home app while on your old Wi-Fi network, then perform a factory reset, and then reinstall them on your new Wi-Fi network. For some customers, missing the first step leaves them in a mess.
