Unused to be able to launch specific content completely hands free from Hub to Google TV. Hub now acts as though it is completing the task, but nothing ever appears on my Sony Android TV. I am completely disabled and cannot manipulate a remote, hands free voice commands were my only option and they once worked well, but stopped within the last month or so.

A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes? Also, what steps have you taken so far?
Since you mentioned that you are disabled, if you can get help from a home member, try to refresh your devices and observe if it makes a difference. First, reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Google Nest Hub and Sony TV.

This started about 2 months ago. I can still launch YouTube, for example, but can no longer launch specific content, i.e. "play live concert from YouTube on my TV". Hub indicates it is doing it, but nothing happens. Previously, this worked, and I did it routinely. We had rebooted every device involved.

Hi there,
Thanks for the details you’ve shared. You can try to do a factory reset on your Google Nest Hub. This erases all your personalized settings and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again. Check out the article below to know more about it.
