Voice recognized on Android phone, but not on any speakers

Hello all.

Just wanted to know if google home now only recognizes only one user?

 

In the past my smart home speakers (google home mini, google display) would recognize all 3 members of the house. When my wife or my son would ask who am I, the speaker would accurately say their name. After some time we notice that the smart speak would only recognize my voice. If this feature is still available any suggestions on how to reactivate it?

 

I remove the other users and re invited them. We also updated their voice recognition (only their phone would recognize their voice but not the home speaks).

Since you've managed to remove and add other home members and still won't work, could try to check if personal results settings is turned on? Make sure that these settings are all turned on for all of the members who are added to your home structure.

 

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Home app Google Home.
  2. At the bottom, tap Home Home and then Settings Settings.
  3. Under “Features,” tap Google Assistant and then Personal results.
  4. Tap the name of your device.
    • To turn on personal results: Check the box next to the device name.
    • To turn off personal results: Uncheck the box next to the device name.

No this did not work. Sorry for the late response.

 

I removed her and added her and then removed her voice and personal info. Still nothing.
