Way to set up Hub to answer vs Assistant on Android?

How do I set up Hub to answer vs set up another command to have Assistant on Android answer? I frequently have both my Hub and cell phone in the same room. There are times when I want Hub to answer and other times when I want Assistant on Android to answer. Is there way to set up a command (such as Hey Google) so Hub will answer and a different one so Assistant on Android will answer? Currently, Hub responds to all commands.

No, unfortunately. The Google Home device will always respond if you're using the same Google account on both devices.
