When i ask to turn on/ off a room it says Device is updated

When is ask my device to turn on or off a whole room is constantly states, "goed dit apparaat is geupdate"  (in dutch) and then does the whole tasks. This is since a week or two .... it works however i suspect a different response. 

I have tested this with al the devices, and this response is giving by all the devices, no exceptions.

Same here. This started about 3 to 4 weeks ago.
