When the heck is this expensive Nest equipment key feature "Groups" going to get fixed?

MADDENING! The key feature "Groups" remains after a long time a MASSIVE FAILURE! Bought several Nest display devices and a firmware update (a long time ago) broke the "Groups" feature.

Do you have a speaker group called whole house?

Yep, it's the default name by Google. Just kept it and added our various multiple Nest speakers.
