Thank you for posting. I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Hub is not loading. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help. First, I have some questions.
  • Which Google Nest Hub do you have? (generation number)
  • Is your device powering on? 
  • Is your device showing up as connected on the Google Home App?
  • What problem are you having? Do you have any examples?
