Why is my Google Home Max screen glitching and turning black?

I am trying to get my screen to work! I just got it last week! What do I do?

Thanks for reaching out. Oh no! That does not sound good that your Google Nest Hub Max screen is glitching. Let's look into this issue. I would be more than happy to help. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this situation:
  • Is this a new issue? Was your device working normally before?
  • When you say 'glitching', could you provide some examples? What exactly is happening to the screen?
  • Have you tried to reboot and/or Factory Data Reset your device? 
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
      Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
  • After you reset, could you tell me what your display looks like? What is your screen color/what are you seeing?
  • If possible, could you upload a photo of your display?
