Why is my Google Home Mini not connecting to WiFi?

I keep trying to setup my Google Home Mini but it keeps not connecting to the WiFi connection. I tried several times and it said the same thing over and over again. If anyone can tell me what to do or how to fix this I would much appreciate it!

Thank you for your message. Let's find a solution together to get your Google Nest Mini connected to WiFi so that you can listen to your favorite music. I would be more than happy to help you. First, I have some questions:
  • Which speaker is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Are you seeing any error messages from the Google Home App or hearing anything from the Google Nest Mini? 
  • Is the device showing up in the Google Home App?
  • Have you tried restarting your device?
  • If that does not work, could you try to Factory Data Reset your device?
