Have the google nest display since Christmas 2020, received as a gift. Really enjoyed it until about 4 months ago. Went to sleep one nicht with some music from 'Nest'. When I woke up in the morning, had a blue-grey screen with a white G. I can't find anyone to help me, suggestions from the formum etc. didn't help. Where can I get some help, advise, or instructions involving this problem and its fixing? Thanks, YoYo

Hey YoYo1,
Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up and see if you are still in need of any help with your device being stuck on the G screen? Do you mind providing any troubleshooting steps you have already tried? Please let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
Best regards,
Jake
