Why isn’t my Google nest hub Gen2 not recognizing my voice?

so I just bought a new Google nest hub GEN two today and I set up and link to my Google account to it but when I tried to give it a command it said that my voice didn’t match the profile holders voice. Which I don’t know if this has anything to do with anything, but when I primarily created that Google account, I created it on my iPhone and I never have even attempted to spoke to Google previously, since iPhone use Siri. Soooo my question now is, what I should do or how I should go about fixing this issue??

Thanks for visiting the Google Nest Community. Let’s set up your Voice Match. Open the Google Home app > Settings > Google Assistant > Voice Match. Look for “Teach your assistant your voice," and then train your voice. Also, make sure that “Personal Results” is turned on. Reboot your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen once done. Let me know how it goes.
