Hi 

My google nest mini is not connecting to home WiFi network

Thank you for reaching out. Sorry for the delay, I appreciate your patience. I would be more than happy to help get your device running and connected. First, I have some questions to allow our team to get a better understanding of this situation.

  • Is this the first time you are setting up your device to WiFi? Or is your device suddenly not connecting to WiFi?

  • Are you seeing any error messages? On the device itself or the Google Home App?
    • If Yes, what does the error message say?
  • Are you on the same WiFi network as your other devices? 
  • What type of WiFi do you have? A one-step private connection or a public WiFi that takes you to a landing/login page first?
  • Have you tried connecting your device to a mobile hotspot instead? What happens?
