Accidentally deleted my google home app from my iPhone. When I re downloaded the app and set it up the app says that my phone and my nest are on 2 different WiFi’s, but they aren’t. They are both connected to the same wifi.

I understand how frustrating that situation can be.Let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Home app. If that doesn't work, please restart your router. If you have a dual-band Wi-Fi network, ensure all devices are connected to the same band.
