I'm from Brazil, and as an enthusiast (not anymore) and early adopter I've bought a Google Nest Hub gen1 and many Nest Speakers for my home automation.
Unfortunatly as with some updates if started to get faulty, and I had the sad decision to follow some instructions from this forum and reset the device.
Now it seens to be stuck forever in the "Recovery mode" cycle. I press it for 10 seconds only to it reset and return to the same screen.
Google phone support said that the reason was I was not using it in the country it was intended to use. What is total b**sh*t as I've always used it in English.
I don't give a **** to fake promisses for help. Please don't aswer this with a copy and paste "I'm here to help you..."... without any real help.
All I need is to know how to reinstall the factory firmware to this as I'm from IT and can do that. Or maybe know how to return it to be fixed by Google Brazil as it is Google's fault.

Please ensure that you do not press and hold the volume buttons while plugging in the device, as this can cause it to enter recovery mode. Follow the steps below to ensure that you reset your device properly:

It clearly means that I'm doing what you said... like a lot.
There is no sound, no nothing. It just resets and gets back to where it was.
"The recovery screen of death".

It was bought from reseler that probably bought it from Paraguay.
I already know that google don't give a penny to Brazilian costumers or early adopters.
Another representative already came for NO HELP AT ALL.
Don't worry, I've already moved to Amazon Alexa.

What about fix IN THE PRESENT the mess that the update did?
Maybe give us a firmware to be flashed.
Or maybe chance the internal police and start valuing Brazilian costumers...
