Will not play in groups

I am trying to set up several nest mini’s in a group. They will not play in a group but all play individually. I have deleted groups and speakers. Reset to factory specs. All several times. Help

Thanks for bringing this up. Apologize for the late response.

I understand how challenging it can be when you're having issues playing music on speaker group.  Let's get this sorted out. 

• Is this working before?
• Are you using a dual-band router?
• How far are your speakers from the router?

Please try these steps below:

1. Move your Google Nest Minis within 15-20 ft. away from the router to get enough signal from your network.
2. Reboot your Google Nest device and router by disconnecting them from the power source and leave them unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, plug them back one at a time with intervals.
3. Create a group with 2-3 speakers only, then try to play music.
