Woolworths assistant still not working

Woolworths assistand suddenly stopped working for me several months ago. When saying the suggested frases like "get woolies" or " I want to talk to Woolworths " google will respond wil "I dont know" and brings up a google search. Has anyone found a fix for this or know what is going on? Id love to get it working again.

Looks like Woollies Assistant action is going away. See this article Google is shutting down Assistant's Conversational Actions in favor of App Actions for Android 

Hopefully, Woolworth's can update and integrate a new app with Assistant.

Hi there I’ve had exactly the same issue. I specifically purchased the google nest so I could add grocery items hands free, as I am cooking. I rang Woolworths today and they told me it was a google issue. Anything you can do to help here? Thank you

I'm sorry about the experience you're having. You might want to take a look at the link provided above to get an idea of the status of Woolworth. We rely heavily on the functions and features of third-party apps and devices. In the meantime, how about you try to clear the cache of the Woolworths app installed on your Android phone or iPhone? Let me know how it goes.

What im getting from this is woolworths need to update their app. Is this correct?

Perhaps someone could get in touch with woolworths to figure out a fix or a plan to fix then update us accordingly? Going off their website and their response to this, it sounds like they are unaware they need to update their app.

I am having the exact same issue! So frustrating when we purchased the google home hub specifically to make out shopping easier
