No matter what I do, my weather location is wrong. I’ve done several factory restores, contacted support, I have correct addresses. Nothing. Support was useless as well.

Hi @bo14in,
I apologize for the continued trouble you're having with the wrong weather location on your Google displays. I understand you've already tried factory resets and contacted support, and that can be frustrating. Let's see if we can get this fixed together.
While location settings and cached data can sometimes cause issues, there might be something else going on in your specific case. Here are a few things we can try:
Double-check Location Permissions: Make sure the Google app has permission to access your location. You can usually find this in your device's app settings under "Location." Look for the Google app and verify it has "Allow all the time" selected, or at least "While using the app."
Review Your Places: Your Google account might have outdated or saved locations that are interfering. Open the Google Home app and tap your profile picture in the top right corner. Then, select "Assistant settings" and tap "You" > "Your places." Here, you can edit or remove any saved locations that might be causing confusion.
Consider Conflicting Location Data: If you're using a VPN or have multiple Google accounts on your device, that could be throwing things off. Try temporarily disabling the VPN and make sure you're logged into the correct Google account on the display.
For more detailed instructions on managing your locations, you can visit our support page on changing home and work locations here.
If none of these solutions work, please don't hesitate and let me know.
Best,
Brandon.

I’ve tried all of that and it has not helped. It still saying that I’m at least 20 miles away from where I really am.

I understand you've been encountering issues with your location appearing incorrectly on your device. Let's try some additional troubleshooting steps that might resolve the problem.
Checking and Changing Region (Android and iPhone):
On Android:
On iPhone:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.
Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.
Tap Country/Region.
Select your new country or region.
Tap Change Country or Region.
Tap your new country or region, then review the Terms & Conditions.
Tap Agree in the upper-right corner, then tap Agree again to confirm.
Select a payment method and enter your new payment information and billing address, then tap Next. You must enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.*
Important Note: Changing your region might affect certain apps and services. Make sure you're aware of any potential implications before making a switch.
Lets try Enabling Location Services (iPhone):
By following these steps and ensuring your region and location services are set correctly, we should be able to get your device's location pinpointed accurately.
If you're still experiencing issues after trying these steps, please share any error messages you encounter, and I'll do my best to provide further assistance.
Best,
Brandon.

That has nothing to do with my nest hub or my nest speaker location. My phone location is fine. The location on the devices is correct. Just not the weather location.
