Your Google device is not set up

I'm now getting the dreaded " your device is not set up" message. 

 

I've reset my phone, my router, rebooted the devices, unplugged the devices, removed and reinstalled the app....pretty much everything recommended. 

 

Proper disappointed with Google now. 

 

Any advise greatly appreciated .

  • What kind of Nest thermostat model do you have?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried? 
  • Is this the first time you've tried to set up your device, or has it been set up before?
