Zoom crashes the Hub Max

Every time I try to use Zoom on the Nest Hub Max it crashes the entire system. Any help on this is greatly appreciated because I just got the Hub Max specifically to use Zoom.

Hey jv188305,

 

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out.

 

Reboot your modem/router and your Google Nest Hub Max for about 3 minutes. Restarting the phone where the Home app is might help.

 

  • Note: This device must be setup in the US, UK, AU or CA, with English as the chosen language

 

Also, could you try using the duo calling feature so that we can narrow things down. Click this link for the guide.

Hi Dan,

I tried all these things and still Zoom is crashing the Hub Max. Please advise next steps.

Sorry to hear about this. Have you already tried performing a complete reset to your Google Nest Hub Max? Let's go ahead and try that first to see if this will fix the issue.
