black lines on screen with brand new Nest Doorbell

Hi there, 

i was trying to set up the Nest battery doorbell, it was indicating few black lines across the whole video. It’s brand new, never dropped or damaged before. How can I fixed it?

Thanks for posting here in the Community and we appreciate you attaching the screenshot of the issue. Let's see what we can do here. To confirm, is this only during set up? Were you able to finish the set up and see if you're still getting the same issue? What are the troubleshooting steps you've done so far?

 

Give these steps a try:

  • Unplug the camera from its power source, wait 30 seconds, and plug your Nest Camera back in.
  • Try checking it with a different mobile phone.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router.
  • Hit this link for more information.
