can't stream Merkury camera (geeni or smartlife apps) to nest hub

the account is linked and I see it on google home application.

On nest display, it's blanked (no image/video is showing) when I click on the merkury camera tile. 

I have use the following voice commands .... but it's still not showing anything on display.

• sync my devices
• sync my cameras

Thanks for reaching out. Please note that Merkury cameras are not officially supported by the Google Home/Nest devices. You might want to check if those cameras are compatible to set up using a third-party app partnered by Google like SmartThings.
