firmware img download

i have come across what appears to be a demo unit of the nest hub max mode H2A 

i can get it to boot into the usb flashing mode and my pc does recognize it but i cannot seem to find the firmware img files anywhere....

any help is greatly appreciated

I have the same demo unit, been scammed. seller showed the real fully working unit and he gave me another one that happened to be a demo unit.  i need help as well.. please help
