my google home mini is not responding at alllllll. i tried rebooting it but the lights on top of the speaker don't pop up or anything

Thanks for your message. I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Mini is not displaying any lights and not turning on. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help find a solution.

Could you please try one more step? 

1. At the side of the Google Nest Mini, unplug the power cord and wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in and wait until the four LED lights light up on top.
2. Repeat step one, 10 more times. (A total of 11 times)

3. After plugging the power cord back in the final time, wait a few moments for the device to reset. It will announce "Welcome to Google Home" to signify that it's ready for setup.
