Nest hub max wont connect

I have two home and moved my nest hub max and it connected perfectly and then I brought it back to my other home and it will not connect to the internet.  I even factory reset it and it still will not connect. Help please

Thank you for reaching out. Oh no! I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Hub Max is not connecting to your WiFi network. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help find a solution. First, I have some quick questions to get a better understanding of this situation.

  • Could you please check that all of your devices on the same WiFi network?
  • Have you tried connecting your device to a mobile hotspot instead? What happens?
  • Have you tried rebooting your router?
  • What error message are you receiving?
