google home speakergroep/tunein problem

hello i have 3 harman karon one speaker and for many years i could play music on my speakergroep. last week i have big problems and when I ask google home to play sky radio on group nothig happens. or just on one speaker.

In the past google told me i plat sky radio on group via tunein and it works great, many years

I did check with spotify and then i easy can connect to my speaker group. 

I did reset everything harman, google home, new speaker group ..... and that several time, who can help me solving this?

Hi!!

It sounds like you're facing a connectivity issue with your speaker group when using TuneIn. Since Spotify works fine, it could be a problem with the TuneIn integration. Have you tried unlinking and relinking TuneIn to your Google Home account, or checking for any updates in the Google Home app?

thanks, i di check but how can i unlink tunenl to my home google? music can i connect to spotifya and you-tube. it has visual (in app) nu connection to tuneNl?

Before we continue, I need to get some information from you:

  • Besides the Harman speakers that you have, what is the make and model of the second speaker group?
  • What is the firmware version of your speakers?
  • What is the version of your Google Home app?
  • Are you getting any error messages on the Google Home app?

de group name is familie i have one speaker group , the speakers ar haman kardon citation one (3x)

firmware 1.52.272222

google latest en and newest  3.37.56 no errors

My wifi goes via tp link deco M4, does it has influence to set it in dynamic or static or ip4 or ip6, or something else.

please help my out

today I did a complete reset of: router my deco m4 tp link, new netwerk name, new password, reset of harman karodn speaker, new connected in google home app, all done based on 5 G ( so not 2.4 and 5g)

note i did set normal netwrok at 5G and e guest netwerk to 2.4 G, just to make sure my 2.4 unit still function on 2.4 g

so far so good. also playing music via spotify or sky radio app, to group name is no problem every thing works well.

But on the command:  play (a radio station) on my group (familie) does not work. 

google tells me i play the radio station on tunenl, but nothing happens.

Same problem here with  LG SN Series ThinQ Soundbar and two LG WK7 ThinQ Speaker now two weekse.
