google nest hub not displaying my photos as a slide show anymore

My google nest has been showing my photos as a slideshow for the past nine months, I noticed yesterday afternoon it was stuck on one photo. I have tried without success to get it to show a slideshow of my pictures/photos but the only response is to define slideshow or show me a page of thumbnail pics of my photos. How can I get it to play the random photo  slideshow again

Thanks for reaching out. Oh no! I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Hub is not displaying the slideshow. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help find a solution. 

 

Here are the steps to get that slideshow back and displayed on your Google Nest Hub:

  1. Open the Google Home App
  2. Click on the Google Nest Hub
  3. Hit the settings on the upper right side
  4. Click on Photo Frame
  5. Click on Art Gallery 
    • It will let you pick which 'random' photo themes you want displayed
