I have tried everything found online to make my google nest start working again. Nothing has worked. There are no lights at any time.

Hi @nancysmale,

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you're going through this with your Google device but no worries, let's work together to figure out the issue you're experiencing. To help with that, I have a few questions for you:

  • What type of device do you have?
  • When did the issue start?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps you tried?

Thanks for the effort you made trying to resolve this issue, I appreciate it. Please let me know the answers to these questions, and I'll be happy to help you further.

Cheers,

Jonathan

This happened about 2 weeks ago. The device is a google nest mini 2nd generation. I have tried to reboot several times, I have tried to factory reset several times. No lights of any kind come on at any time. My husband and I really miss having it working.

I would appreciate any help you can pass along.

Thank you,

Nancy
