google nest max

hello all im really hoping someone can shed some light on this.

im on my second new nest max first one did the same as this one 

setsup fine the first time every thing works great then get up in the morning 

and your looking at the g spinning ive  tried resetting it wiping the google home app 

but cant get it to work again there must be something im missing or are the just junk

and a wast of money

Thanks for letting us help you with your Nest Hub Max. We apologize for the inconvenience. It sounds like your device is stuck on the "G" logo. Here are some steps to try:

(Use the power adapter that came with the device)

 

  1. Plug in the device to a different power source.
  2. Attempt again to factory reset.
  3. If the issue persists, put the device in recovery mode: 
    • Unplug the power cord.
    • Hold down the volume buttons and plug in the power cord at the same time, while you plug the power cord back in.
    • Wait for the device to turn on.
    • Release the volume buttons.
  4. Once the device is in recovery mode, press and hold both volume buttons for 10 seconds.
