My Google Home keeps saying "Sorry, something went wrong..."

My Google Home keeps saying "Sorry, something went wrong. Try again in a few seconds".  I have reset the device and my WiFi router so many times. I also had my voice match again. This is so annoying! Help me, please.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear about your situation with your Google Home. Please try the next troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. On the side of the device, unplug the power cord for 10 seconds  plug the power cord back in and  wait until the 4 LEDs light up.
  2. Repeat the first step, 10 more times.
  3. On the last attempt, leave the power cord plugged in.
  4. Wait until the device announces "Welcome to Google Home"  set up the device on the Google Home app

Hi, Axel.

I'm afraid it didn't work. I've just followed the steps you mentioned, but my Google Home keeps saying "Sorry, something went wrong..."

Is there something else I can do?
