google nest mini hub - "Si è verificato un problema, riprova fra qualche secondo"

Ciao,
Ho acquistato il google nest mini hub circa 2 mesi fa e ho un problema fastidiosissimo che non riesco a risolvere.
Se gli chiedo qualcosa mi risponde "Si è verificato un problema, riprova fra qualche secondo".
Ho già provato a spegnerlo per un minuto circa e poi a riaccenderlo, all'inizio funziona, ma dopo qualche ora il problema si ripresenta.

I know how challenging it is when you're having issues with your Google Nest Mini. Let's work together to get this resolved. A few questions: how far is your Nest Mini from the router? What is the make and model of your router? Does it happen on a specific action only?

 

Let's try these steps below:

 

  1. Move your Nest Mini within 15-20 ft. away from the router to get enough signal from your network.
  2. Reboot your Nest Mini and router by disconnecting them from the power source and leave them unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, plug them back one at a time with intervals.

I placed the google nest mini near the modem router.
I have  a tplink archer MR500 router.
I've already tried several times to turn off and on both the google nest and the router but the problem always occurs. Any question you ask to google nest hub replies "There was a problem, try again in a few seconds". After 3 or 4 requests it starts working again and then stops working after a few minutes.

Thanks for providing the details. Let’s try doing the troubleshooting steps below:
 

  • Configure the DNS settings on your router to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
  • Reboot the router, unplug it for 2 mins.
  • Factory reset your Google Nest Mini.
  • Setup and monitor its behavior.
