I have a google home mini speaker at my mums house that I had setup for her. Even though I removed her home from my google home account when I broadcast messages she still hears them. How do I remove that speaker entirely from my home account?

Hi Andymal21,
Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. You can remove her Home Mini as well, so this will be removed under your account too. Check the steps below on how to remove a device.
Check this link for more information.
Keep me posted.

Juni

Hi Juni, the device is not listed at all in my Google Home app. It was previously under a different "home", however that home has been deleted and hence I cannot see the device anymore. The problem is that when I broadcast it still goes to that speaker also.

Hi Andymal21,
Thanks for trying the steps. Let's go ahead and perform a complete reset to your speakers and make sure to set it up in the same home structure. Let's see if this would make any changes on its behavior.

Which speakers? The 6 that are currently active in my home, or the 1 in my mothers home that is receiving broadcasts when it shouldn't?

Hi Andymal21,
If 1 Google Home still experiencing the same thing after a complete reset, let's make sure that the device isn't listed on its previous account. Could you check if the device is still listed on this: https://goo.gle/3N2Mysb ?
